When you contact us through the form on our contact page we collect your name, phone number, postcode or town, the service you need and the details of your enquiry. Email address is optional.
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, provide quotes and carry out the work you ask us to do. Our legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR) and our legitimate interest in running our business (Article 6(1)(f)).
Submissions are processed through our website form handler and stored securely on infrastructure operated by Supabase (Supabase Inc., with hosting in the European Union). Only our team can access them.
We keep enquiry records for 24 months. If you become a customer, we keep relevant records for 6 years after our last work for you, for warranty, tax and legal purposes.
This site uses essential cookies and browser storage that keep the site working, including remembering your cookie choice. These do not require consent.
